Running Schedule Week 3

Monday: run/walk 30 minutes

Tuesday: walk 30 minutes

Wednesday: Run/walk 30 minutes

Thursday: walk 30 minutes

Friday: rest day or strength train at gym

Saturday: Run/walk 2 miles

Sunday: Rest, strength train, or walk

 

Always keep in mind if you don’t feel like running do that RockStar treadmill workout which is a good mix of walking and jogging.
